RoboHiTec warrants all RoboHiTec products sold to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal and proper use for a period of ninety (90) days from date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by or resulting from repairs, service, or alterations to the product or any of its parts, or damage or defects caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, or maintenance of this product or its parts. This warranty does not include expendable components.

In the event of a warranty claim, the purchaser may return the defective unit back to RoboHiTec for repair or replacement, after notification to and confirmation by RoboHiTec.  

Purchaser agrees not to abuse or misuse the products as to cause damage or accident. In no event shall RoboHiTec be liable for loss of profits, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of any breach or obligations of this warranty.
